A draw in the end of the Autumn season

2010-12-02 14:24:19
Śląsk players came back from the sea coast of Poland with one point in their pockets after an interesting encounter against Arka Gdynia.

The game occured to have been quite controversial with two penalty kicks after doubtful mistakes, which nevertheless ended up with goals, luckily one for each side. We have to admit the match was evenly played and the draw seems to be a fair result after all. The first half was filled with emotions and scoring occations - four goals in total, while in the second part, the teams seemed to have remained satisfied with the up-to-date result. Therefore, since the 45th minute, the public gathered on Arka's rugby stadium couldn't see any more goals.

Śląsk remained the one team in the league that hasn't lost a match for 8 rounds now.

We were supposed to play next weekend in Białystok with Ekstraklasa leader - Jagiellonia. However, due to heavy snowfalls, this year's last round has been officially cancelled and moved to Spring 2011.

Hope you'll enjoy our game after winter break!
