On Saturday, 10th Nov, Śląsk Wrocław lost 1:3 against Piast Gliwice in the 11th fixture of T-Mobile Ekstraklasa.

At the beginning, the game took place mainly in midfield. Śląsk Wrocław attacked first. In 20. minute a player of Piast Gliwice sent the ball into his own goal; however, the linesman whistled offside. A few minutes later Sebastian Mila scored beautifully for Śląsk Wrocław, just when the public was singing the national anthem for the memory of the Polish independence day. In 40. minute Waldemar Sobota touched the ball with the hand near the goalpost and thus, made it easy for Wojciech Kędziora to put it in the net after a penalty kick. This way we lost the first goal. Just before the end of the first half, Ruben Jurado passed over Marian Kelemen and Śląsk Wrocław was losing 1:2. After half-time Śląsk moved to attack again, but Dariusz Trela remained undefeated until the end of the game, despite of many approaches of Przemysław Kaźmierczak, Waldemar Sobota or Sebastian Mila. Piast Gliwice defended wisely and waited patiently for their chance. This opportunity came in 77. minute when Damian Zbozień performed the third goal. Polish champions lost 1:3 in front of their own public.
