First transfers to Śląsk Wrocław

Waldemar Sobota and Łukasz Gikiewicz have become new Śląsk's players. They are both 23 years old and in 2009/2010 season scored 11 goals for the first league's clubs in Poland.
They have been exceptional players this year in the first league, thus we hope they will be able to develop their skills with our club and bring a more offensive flow to the team. - says Mr. Krzysztof Paluszek, Śląsk's new Sports Director, and adds - we have observed them for eight months now and they've proved to be very perspective and highly motivated while on the pitch.
Both, Sobota and Gikiewicz, have signed contracts that bind them with Śląsk Wrocław for the next four years. On their part, they're happy to play in our club and Ekstraklasa league as it is a huge opportunity for their football careers.
