WKS in the Polish Cup final!

2013-04-18 15:49:55
Śląsk Wrocław won 3:2 over Wisła Kraków in the revenge encouner of the Polish Cup semi-final.

This match ocurred as dramatic as one could have only hoped for. From the very first minutes Wisła pushed Śląsk to our penalty area and forced our defence to work hard. They did all their best to strike the first goal, as it would bring them closer to qualifying to the final. Nevertheless, Śląsk also played well, and proved successful in counterattacks. Thus, we could have witnessed an interesting and emotional encounter of two highly motivated teams who left the best of them on the pitch. Śląsk managed to play more efficiently than our opponent and, by winning 3:2, qualified to the highest level of the competition.

In the final, we will play against Legia Warszawa who is going for a hattrick in winning the Polish Cup. The first match will take place at 6:30 pm on 2nd May at Stadium Wrocław. The return game will be played in Warsaw on 8th May at 8:30.

Hope u'll be with us in this history-breaking point and u'll be able enjoy our game!
